He is former chief therapist of the Ritz-Carlton Buckhead and is also a marathon runner. About Pfrimer Deep Muscle Massage Therapy Therapist

Muscles move us. When movement becomes painful or restricted, it's because there's some inhibiting factor in the musculature or soft tissue ranging from excess tension to adhesion to tearing. These conditions can be effectively treated with Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy - PDMT, an artistic and scientific method of touch applied to relieve pain and restore mobility.

Unlike conventional massage, PDMT treats the innermost layers of soft tissue, where years of stress are often stored. PDMT works by feeding, cleaning and exercising soft tissue down to the cellular level. This involves manually freeing the inhibited fibers and enabling an abundance of blood and lymph to once again move through the tissue without interruption. When this has been accomplished, people enjoy reduction or erasure of pain, increased range of motion, and a regained ability to rest.

If an injury has occurred, whether it's recent or old, PDMT is used to rehabilitate the damaged tissue. When there is no injury, PDMT is employed for prevention and maintenance purposes, especially by athletes, performing artists, and people who work or play hard.
